Qualification :

  • Should be good in Detailing in construction company with Civil background.
  • Should have ample knowledge on shop drawing preparation.
  • Expert in analyzing structural drawings, architectural drawings
  • Good at studying survey drawings
  • Experience 2+ years
  • BE/ ME in civil engineering or structural engineering
  • Good in English (Writing and speaking)
  • Quick ability to switch between metric and imperial
  • Good at reading BOQ’s and specifications
  • Ensure rigorous QC is followed to be in line with the vision of the company.
  1. Excellent and fast at 2DAutocad with accuracy in drawing production.
  2. Excellent at Revit (Ability to create LOD 400), Navis work and BIM
  3. Basic knowledge of MS Office
  4. Ability to read schematic sketches and resolve plans and details

Qualification :

  • A team player with leadership abilities.
  • Should be able to guide and coach 2-3 junior draftsmen and manage projects.
  • Should be able to coach and guide colleagues who need additional support.
  • Should be an expert in Detailing in Construction Company with Civil background.
  • Plus would be someone who has worked in similar business.
  • Should have ample knowledge on shop drawing preparation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Expert in analyzing structural drawings, architectural drawings
  • Excellent at studying survey drawings
  • Experience 3+ years
  • BE/ ME in civil engineering or structural engineering
  • Good in English (Writing and speaking)
  • Quick ability to switch between metric and imperial
  • Excellent at reading BOQ’s and specifications
  • Should be able to delegate to junior draftsmen
  • Responsible for continuously improving the SOP
  • Ensure rigorous QC is followed to be in line with the vision of the company.
  1. Excellent and fast at 2DAutocad with accuracy in drawing production.
  2. Excellent at Revit (Ability to create LOD 400), Navis work and BIM.
  3. Good knowledge of MS Office
  4. Ability to read schematic, tender and As built drawings.
  5. Ability to read HVAC, Electrical, Fire fighting, Plumbing and Landscape drawings

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Should be able to maintain and manage the timesheets of all detailers.
  • Expert in analyzing structural drawings, architectural drawings
  • Excellent at studying survey drawings
  • Experience 5+ years
  • BE/ ME in civil engineering or structural engineering
  • Excellent in English (Writing and speaking)
  • Should be excellent at client coordination and immediate responses.
  • Quick ability to switch between metric and imperial
  • Excellent at reading BOQ’s and specifications
  • Should be able to assign task to the teams and manage deadlines.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish.
  • Should be able to work in team remotely and onsite
  • Responsible for continuously improving the SOP
  • Ensure rigorous QC is followed to be in line with the vision/mission and ethos of the company.
  • Should play an active role to maintain the culture of the organization.
